ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Thursday April 21st 2005 starting at 7.30 pm
The Friends Meeting House, 126 Hampton Road, Redland, Bristol BS6 6JE
Following the formal business, the guest speaker will be Mr Ian Cawley, Project Director, Crest Nicholson.
The officers of the Society retire at each AGM. The Executive Committee has nominated:
Audrey Lennox as Chairman;
Gordon Tucker as Honorary Secretary;
John Jones as Honorary Treasurer; and
Derek Warwick as Honorary Membership and Subscriptions Secretary.
The office of Honorary Solicitor remains vacant. It wishes to appoint Richard Pendlebury as our Honorary Auditor.
Members of the Executive Committee are elected for a 3-year term of office. Alan Elkan, Colin Jefferson, André Coutanche, Craig Begg and John Grenfell retire this year and are eligible for re-election. There is one further vacancy on the committee.
