CIVIC SOCIETY VICE PRESIDENT IS HONOURED
The Dean of Bristol Cathedral, the Very Reverend Robert Grimley, was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Letters by the University of the West of England (UWE). This was in recognition of his contribution to the life of Bristol and to the special relationship between UWE and the Chapter of the Cathedral.
The Civic Society chairman, committee and members all congratulate the Dean on the honour which is so well deserved.
We value his interest in our aims and work and look forward to his continuing association with the Society.
