1905-2005 100 years of campaigning for a better Bristol

In 2005 we celebrated the centenary of our foundation in 1905. Among the events was the production of a book, to complement, and update, the now out of print 1965 historical review by Vincent Waite.

The new book has 27 pages, including many coloured illustrations, and can be purchased from the Membership Secretary, Derek Warwick, on (0117) 962 1526 or at 22, Fallodon Court, Henleaze, Bristol BS9 4HQ. The cost is £2.50 including p&p. For a flavour, some aspects are illustrated below. The files are fairly large, in order to do justice to the pages and to make them legible on a computer screen. They will tolerate up to twofold browser enlargement, i.e. 200% .
