Support for other groups

The society is active in its support of other environmental organisations in the region. It works closely with the Wildlife Trust,and with the Bristol Regional Environmental Records Centre (BRERC), the central repository for ecological and geological data in the Bristol Region. Members of the society have provided many of the records that form its vital database.

The Society also has two funds, the Hector Hockey Fund, and the Memorial Fund to which application can be made to assist in local environmental projects.
