Friends are a vital part of the St. Patrick’s Music Programme.  Working with our Church Music Development team, members of the Friends provide invaluable assistance by supporting key aspects of our work.

 Friends help in many important ways including:

> Providing volunteers to support music liturgies, performances and other events at the church

> Providing volunteers to support the staff working for our Youth Music Programme

> Helping to organise regular funding raising events to support St. Patrick’s Music

Friends are a valued and important part of St. Patrick’s Music - if you would like to be involved in the musical life of the church you might like to volunteer your support to the Friends.  We welcome all skills and talents, and are delighted to hear from individuals and organisations who can offer support.  Support can take the form of a ‘time and effort’ commitment to St. Patrick’s Music, or financial help.

We are delighted that so many people already associated with St Patrick’s Music ensembles have offered practical help as Volunteer Friends. They undertake work such as hospitality preparations, stage management and so forth – if you feel you are able to offer some time please volunteer! Our Volunteer Friends Coordinator Jane Buttigieg will be delighted to hear from you – please sign up in the Parish Office. We offer our Volunteer Friends free access to any event that they volunteer for, there is some work involved! Many of our volunteer friends actually insist on paying the full ticket prices anyway – we are especially grateful for the exceptional generosity that these individuals show towards St Patrick’s Music.
