Reikiclasses  is the website of  Steve Mallinson, Reiki Master/Teacher. I run Reiki classes in Bristol and the South West. Nationally and Internationally. Reiki is a method of hands on healing from a Buddhist background which greatly increases your healing ability and deepens meditation. The classes are open to anyone, from all walks of life, experience and age. They are fun, simple and the energy is strong. People are initiated into the Reiki system in a First degree class by receiving four energy attunements. These are rather like powerful healings as your energy adjusts itself to a higher vibration. Our classes have their emphasis on love, truth and simplicity and I have noticed that the energy is getting stronger and stronger. After the class people often feel euphoric and deeply relaxed and they develop the warm hands of a Reiki healer. If you wish, you can then come to a practice group where we share treatments and meditation.  I  have been practicing Reiki since 1991, when I received the First Degree. I took the Second Degree in 1993, after which I went through some profound healing experiences. I have been teaching Reiki since 1996.

I am also a qualified Master Practitioner of NLP, (which is a form of psychotherapy) which has extremely rapid results with conditions such as phobias, PTSD, personal development and relationship difficulties.I am now offering NLP sessions for those who want to blast through limiting beliefs and change their lives for the highest good, heal their relationships, awaken their potential and have fun doing so! These will be life changing sessions - be prepared for change.

I also practice holistic massage with essential oils for deep relaxation and healing. These carry the deeply relaxing and rejuvenating energies that your being needs to re - establish its connection to source.
